Could you share juicing experiences with us? What juices did you use ? What ailment were you dealing with?
We have had excellent results for arthritis and ulcers. Carrot, beet and celery juice are excellent for arthritis. Combine with , pure water, slippery elm ,psyllium seed husk ,colonics and saunas for about 2 weeks for best results.
This juice combined with about 2 oz. of cabbage juice is excellent for stomach ulcers. Also use 2 T. slippery elm with 4 oz. water 2x daily,too. Those who have done the the vegetable juices for about 2 weeks and eliminate roughage, spices, vinegar, fried foods, meats , alcohol, and dairy.
Remember to use juicers that have a single auger gear. These create less heat and therefore, fewer enzymes are destroyed, tear the enzymes out of the food as opposed to crushing them and are easier to clean.
